Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Perform a needs analysis and develop a new operational training curriculum
  • Develop curriculum and materials for both in-person and online learning and include training videos, lesson plans and materials for regular online seminars on advanced topics, knowledge and comprehension tests, virtual case examples for training exercises and tests, online micro-learning modules, instructor-led classroom sessions, fictional but possible scenarios, just-in-time (JIT) learning supports and workshops.
  • Work with team to make the training available through the online learning platform SABA.
  • Support team in providing Train the Trainers sessions for all training developed
  • Create, refresh, and maintain the training data necessary to train the employees who will be working in the pilot sites.
  • Create materials for post-training evaluations such as questionnaires and tests to demonstrate that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met after the training.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • Must have at minimum an enhanced level clearance
  • 10 plus years of experience as a Trainer
  • Experience leading the development and delivery of a training strategy and training curriculum
  • Change Management experience a plus
