Summary

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing. You will act in planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns. In this collaborative position, you will work in close partnership with our internal partners in Marketing, marcom, pricing, product, network, brand and legal. You will be supporting your own portfolio, managing cross sell, upsell and acquisition digital marketing campaigns for Bell, Virgin Plus and Lucky Mobile brands for Web and App and bringing your marketing projects and briefs to life!

Key Responsibilities

  • Data driven decision making to create, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that will increase quality traffic to Web, App, Chat and improve conversion rates
  • Develop detailed briefs with data driven insights, product understanding and customer segmentation to provide value to customers and drive sales
  • Partner with the digital sales and strategy team and digital business analyst to define customer segmentation, KPIs and current performance for each campaign
  • Lead continuous development and improvements across Web and App to drive improved customer experience and sales
  • Successful candidate should be able to create strategy plans with data driven insights
  • Experienced collaborator to provide expertise and insights with a digital lens
  • Create online adoption strategies for Web and App across Bell, Virgin Plus and Lucky brands
  • Understand the current position of Web/App and how to drive traffic to scale digital adoption
  • Ability to build digital scaling programs for Web and App
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners across the organization(Teams but not limited to: Self-serve, IT, Legal, BI, Pricing, Marcom, Brand)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously move in a fast-paced environment

Critical Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a degree/diploma in Business,
  • Marketing or digital marketing disciplines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry or digital industry is an asset
  • Comfortable with data and numbers to unpack insights
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where the only constant is change
  • Work in an environment that innovates and have fun doing it
