Gino’s Pizza head office is seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing Manager to build and grow our digital marketing presence, create and manage social media content, track and share results of ad campaigns, brainstorm profit-generating ideas, as well as being a knowledgeable resource for the organization on digital marketing industry trends.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage the digital marketing to expand reach and drive a sustainable revenue channel for the organization.

· Maintain an eye on lowest CPL and maximum lead generation through digital marketing

· Monitor and analyze live Google/FB ad campaigns and recommend areas needing attention for improvement and areas of opportunity. Communicate to campaign managers both internal and external.

· Manage online marketing platform, HubSpot & website

· Plan and coordinate food photo shoots, and support with the social media campaign execution

· Design social media content calendars

· Coordinate Press Release and manage PR collaboration projects

· Focus on growing brand awareness, customer engagement & social presence

· Oversee social media campaigns and day-to-day activities

· Build an online community via Facebook, Instagram, Linked In & Twitter

· Gather social media analytics across platforms & create systematic reports

· Draft all marketing materials, including emails, blog posts, social posts, and landing pages

· Create event invitations, e-blasts & collect all data both from internal and external parties

· Candidate must have demonstrated effectiveness at coaching, providing feedback (positive and constructive), Partner developmental guidance and co-creating effective action plans for our partners to grow in their careers:

· Refresh outdated content & create new ideas/designs

· Draft templates to use in 1:1 new customer communication

· Respond to customer queries on social media within 24 hours

· Lead new content marketing efforts

· Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

· Create the marketing strategy, develop a robust marketing calendar, and manage all asset creation and campaign execution with the creative team.

· Seek out partnerships and other opportunities to promote our brand.

· Define market segments, target markets, and brand positioning.

· Create and execute marketing campaigns

· Oversee the creation of all assets across all platforms (website, emails, social media, video, etc), and ensure they cohesively align with a central strategy and message.

· Maintain and update influencer databases, strengthen influencer relationships, and drive influencer partnerships.

· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns, website and social media traffic.

· Report on reach, conversion and ROI data for each marketing initiative and come prepared with actionable insights.

· Develop and implement brand strategy to achieve engagement, sales, and profit targets.

· Conduct consumer and market research where applicable.

Skills and Qualifications

· University degree or College Diploma preferably focused on Sales or Marketing

· Prior Digital Marketing experience and knowledge of fundamentals

· Demonstrated experience and knowledge in SEO

· Basic design experience in Adobe

· Copy writing skills

· Creative mindset

· Strong project management, communication and organization skills

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, team player with a willingness to learn

· Organized, driven, positive, and hard working.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Strong research and analytical skills, ability to search, review and analyze relevant information from various sources.

· Ability to be highly productive in a remote work environment.

· Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing and Sales platform

· Collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing current and best practices to achieve maximum return on investment for paid & search campaigns

· Create content for products and services with optimization in mind for search engines.

· Define and outline new ways to promote products and services

· Managing, monitoring, and tracking campaigns for performance and effectiveness

· Researching and strategizing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to increase copy performance across digital platforms

· Address and recommend changes to digital architecture, content, and more to improve SEO keyword positioning

· Participating in brand strategy building through measurable metrics

· Ability to understand customer and brand objectives to create content writing that will engage audience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
