Conqora Capital Partners

Conqora is a Canadian private equity firm, headquartered in Toronto, that specializes in originating, developing, and bringing strategic real asset-backed investments to life.

At Conqora, we focus on opportunities that are found at the intersection of multiple asset classes that have to be created, not bought. Conqora’s principals bring 25+ years of proven development experience and over $40 billion of real assets to life. Our approach to diligence and development is at the forefront of everything we do.

Conqora Core Values

Our corporate compass is guided by four critical points that intersect in each of the investments where we spend our time. We believe in the inherent stability of underlying real assets, creating value-differentiation through technology, innovating using entrepreneurial mindfulness, and committing to making investments that positively affect the communities in which we invest.
